MSI brings color and style

MSI presented the VR220 YA edition notebook PC, which is available in Ocean Blue, Wasabi Green, and Rose Pink color. With that color scheme MSI is targeting at young consumers. The new 12.1-inch VR220 entry-level notebook has been built on the Intel GL40 and ICH9M chipset, meaning, it can be powered by either an Intel Pentium Dual-core, or a Celeron processor. Other features include up to 4GB of RAM (two SO-DIMM DDR2 memory DIMMs), integrated graphics, up to 320GB hard drive, 802.11 b/g/n wireless module, Gigabit LAN, modem, 3-in-1 card reader, 1.3MP webcam, super-multi optical drive, a 4-cell battery (an 8-cell battery option is also available), and an optional DRV receiver.

In addition, the new VR220 YA edition notebook comes with MSI's ECO Engine Power Management System that is meant to provide users with the means to manage the level of power their system will consume.

The notebook should be out in time for Christmas.
